Migrating your website to our multi-server cloud environment ensures maximum reliability and seamless scalability.

Before You Begin

• A full backup of your current website files and database.
• Access to your previous hosting provider’s credentials.

Migrating your Website

1. Go to my.websitely.com and login to your account.
2. Launch a new instance via the New Instance button.
3. Access your new environment via the provided FTP or SSH credentials found in your dashboard.
4. Upload your files to the root directory of the new instance.
5. Import your database using the Database Manager provided in the instance settings.
6. Update your application configuration file (e.g., wp-config.php) with the new database credentials.
7. Test the site using the temporary URL before pointing your production DNS.
