User management allows you to invite team members or clients to your account while controlling their level of access.

Before You Begin

  • An active Websitely account.
  • The email address of the person you wish to invite.

Managing Users

  1. Sign in to your Websitely Dashboard.
  2. Select Team or User Management from the menu.
  3. Click Invite User.
  4. Enter the user’s email address.
  5. Select their role (e.g., Administrator, Billing Manager, or Developer).
  6. Click Send Invitation.

Best Practices

  • Follow the principle of least privilege: give users only the permissions they need to complete their tasks.
  • Regularly audit your user list and remove access for users who no longer require it.

Can I change a user’s permissions later?

Yes. You can edit a user’s role at any time from the User Management screen.
