User management allows you to invite team members or clients to your account while controlling their level of access.
Before You Begin
- An active Websitely account.
- The email address of the person you wish to invite.
Managing Users
- Sign in to your Websitely Dashboard.
- Select Team or User Management from the menu.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter the user’s email address.
- Select their role (e.g., Administrator, Billing Manager, or Developer).
- Click Send Invitation.
Best Practices
- Follow the principle of least privilege: give users only the permissions they need to complete their tasks.
- Regularly audit your user list and remove access for users who no longer require it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change a user’s permissions later?
Yes. You can edit a user’s role at any time from the User Management screen.
