Managing DNS records is essential for directing traffic, verifying domain ownership, and configuring email delivery within our multi-server network.
Before You Begin
- Access to your DNS zone file.
Adding DNS Records
- Go to my.websitely.com and login to your account.
- Select your instance and navigate to DNS Management.
- Click Add Record.
- Select the record type (A, CNAME, TXT, or MX), define the Host and Value, and set the desired TTL.
- Click Save to update the records across our global cloud DNS cluster.

- Always double-check your IP address before saving an A record.
