Managing DNS records is essential for directing traffic, verifying domain ownership, and configuring email delivery within our multi-server network.

Before You Begin

  • Access to your DNS zone file.

Adding DNS Records

  1. Go to my.websitely.com and login to your account.
  2. Select your instance and navigate to DNS Management.
  3. Click Add Record.
  4. Select the record type (A, CNAME, TXT, or MX), define the Host and Value, and set the desired TTL.
  5. Click Save to update the records across our global cloud DNS cluster.

  • Always double-check your IP address before saving an A record.
