Managing individual websites involves configuring resource allocation and service parameters within your cloud-hosted environment.

Before You Begin

  • An active site instance provisioned in your Dashboard.

Managing your Sites

  1. Go to my.websitely.com and login to your account.
  2. Select the specific website from your list of active instances.
  3. Use the Management Menu to handle specific tasks, such as clearing cache, updating PHP versions, or accessing file system configurations.
  4. Use the Status Toggle to manage the operational state of your instance (e.g., Start, Stop, or Restart).

Best Practices

  • Label your sites clearly in the dashboard (e.g., “ClientName-Production” vs “ClientName-Staging”).
  • Perform maintenance tasks during off-peak hours to minimize impact on visitors.
