Staging allows you to create an exact, isolated copy of your live website, enabling you to test changes, updates, and new features safely before pushing them live.
Before You Begin
- An active live instance.
Creating and Using Staging
- Select your live website from the Dashboard.
- Navigate to Staging and click Create Staging Environment.
- Once the environment is ready, click Access Staging to make your changes.
- When testing is complete, use the Push to Live feature to sync your changes to the production site.
Best Practices
- Always test major plugin or theme updates in staging before applying them to your production site.
- Keep your staging environment password-protected if it contains sensitive data.
